1. Purpose of the Application

The HRMS Mobile Application (“App”) is provided by Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited to facilitate secure access to Human Resource Management System (HRMS) services, including attendance, leave management, payroll, noticeboard, calendar & Events and central employee directory.

2. Eligibility & Access

  • The App is intended solely for authorized employees of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited.
  • Access requires valid organizational credentials and compliance with internal IT policies.
  • Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary or legal action.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and personal information.
  • Use the App only for work-related HRMS functions.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entered (e.g., attendance, leave requests).
  • Immediately report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access.

4. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All data processed through the App (personal, payroll, etc.) is confidential and property of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited.
  • The organization may monitor, audit, and retain usage logs for compliance and security.
  • Users must not share, copy, or distribute HRMS data outside the organization.

5. Security Measures

To protect organizational data, users must comply with the following IT security standards:

  • Authentication & Access Control
    • Strong passwords and multi-factor authentication are mandatory.
    • Passwords must be changed regularly and never shared.
  • Device Security
    • Mobile devices must have screen locks enabled.
    • Devices must run the latest operating system and security patches.
    • Jailbroken or rooted devices are prohibited.
  • Network Security
    • Accessing the App via unsecured public Wi-Fi is discouraged.
    • VPN or secure connections must be used when accessing sensitive HRMS data remotely.
  • Data Protection
    • Sensitive information must not be stored locally on devices unless encrypted.
    • Users must not copy, screenshot, or forward HRMS data outside authorized channels.
  • Incident Reporting
    • Any suspected breach, malware infection, or unauthorized access must be reported immediately to IT Security.
    • Users must cooperate with investigations and remediation efforts.
    • Users must install updates promptly to ensure security patches are applied.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Sharing login credentials or impersonating another employee.
  • Using the App for personal, illegal, or non-work-related purposes.
  • Uploading malicious files, unauthorized apps, or attempting to bypass security controls.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive communication through HRMS features.

7. Monitoring & Compliance

  • The organization reserves the right to monitor usage for compliance.
  • Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination, or legal proceedings.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • The organization is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or misuse caused by user negligence.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their devices meet minimum security standards.

9. Updates to Terms

  • These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
