1. Purpose of the Application
1.1. The HRMS chat application (“Application”) is provided exclusively for internal communication and collaboration within the organization.
1.2. Users must comply with these terms, Laxmi Sunrise’s Information Security Policy 2024 and its future updates, and all other applicable Bank’s policies.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1. Professional Conduct
- Users must maintain professional, respectful, and appropriate communication
- All interactions must align with the organization’s code of conduct
- Communications must respect workplace diversity and inclusion principles
2.2. Usage Guidelines
- The Application is strictly for work-related communication
- Personal conversations and unauthorized materials are prohibited
- Users must exercise good judgment in sharing information
2.3. Information Management
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of shared information
- Confidential information must be handled according to organizational policies
- Users must regularly review and clean up unnecessary messages and files
3. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
3.1. Ownership and Monitoring
- All communications, including messages, files, and attachments, are organization property
- The organization reserves the right to monitor, access, and review all communications
- Messages may be retained for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes
3.2. Confidentiality Requirements
- Users must protect sensitive information from unauthorized disclosure
- Confidential data and proprietary information must be handled with utmost care
- Information sharing must comply with data classification guidelines
- Screenshots or copying of sensitive messages to external platforms is prohibited

- Use the Application for illegal purposes

5. Security Measures

- Maintain strong passwords as per bank’s IT guidelines/protocols.
- Enable two-factor authentication when available
- Lock devices when unattended
- Report security incidents immediately
- Keep application software updated
5.2. Technical Requirements
- Users must comply with IT security protocols
- Regular security updates must be installed promptly
- Use of approved devices and networks only
6. Monitoring and Compliance
6.1. Monitoring Rights
- All communications are subject to monitoring
- Usage patterns may be analyzed for security purposes
- Automated scanning may be used for policy compliance
6.2. Consequences of Non-Compliance
- Violations may result in disciplinary action
- Serious breaches may lead to termination

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The organization is not liable for:
